By creating a membership card, the individual agrees to the following:
Access to the track:
Minors must be accompanied by a person to whom the child has been entrusted, who is at least 18 years old and holds a valid ID.
The undersigned hereby waives all claims for themselves and their rightful claimants, heirs, close relatives (parents, spouse/partner, children), and our insurers, with regard to:
The operators of E-Kart.
The organizers of events.
Other participants and users of the E-Kart circuit.
The appointees, staff, volunteers, and authorized agents of the aforementioned persons.
The insurers of the aforementioned persons.
This waiver applies to all damages suffered before, during, and after a karting session (including practice).
In the event of death, this waiver also applies to rightful claimants, heirs, close relatives, and our insurers.
Conduct and responsibility:
Each driver must respect the equipment, the track, the regulations, and other drivers and is liable for any damage caused to the track and/or equipment.
In case of material damage, compensation of at least €150 will be required from the person responsible.
Each driver must comply with the instructions of the management and their appointees and must understand the meaning of all flags and/or light signals.
Drivers must never race under the influence of alcohol or any stimulating or narcotic substances. Drivers declare to be in good health.
Safety and equipment:
Wearing a balaclava is mandatory when using E-Kart helmets for hygiene reasons and to contain long hair. Scarves are prohibited.
Wearing a racing suit is compulsory. Drivers must wear appropriate footwear.
The membership card is strictly personal. Failure to comply with these rules or misconduct disrupting E-Kart’s operation may result in refusal of access to the track and/or revocation of the membership card.
Operational rights:
To ensure safety, E-Kart staff may modify or stop karting sessions at any time.
In such cases, staff reserve the right to remotely stop karts without refund.
E-Kart reserves the right to grant or deny access to the premises and/or refuse membership.
